1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Konexio Digital's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Konexio Digital.

2. Services

Konexio Digital provides web design and development services on a subscription basis. Our service tiers and pricing are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our 48-hour delivery guarantee includes a full refund if we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding, including brand assets, content, and design preferences.
  • Respond to review requests in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website design and all custom code created for your project. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Website Audit Tool

Our free website audit tool provides automated analysis using third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed Insights). Results are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konexio Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our Services in a manner that could harm other users or our infrastructure. Upon termination, you will retain access to any completed deliverables that have been fully paid for.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of any material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
